About Shelley
Shelley J. Spring practices in Cook Roberts' Tax Group, assisting clients with trust, tax, and estate planning, probate, and the resolution of tax disputes. Her planning work often involves tax-deferred corporate reorganizations, tax-planned wills, trusts, and family business structures, while her dispute resolution practice involves disputing CRA assessments and handling voluntary disclosures and taxpayer relief applications. A lifelong Victoria resident, she holds a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Canada and serves on the executive of the Victoria Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Victoria. She was called to the bar in 2007.
