About Sharn

Sharn Mashiana is a Calgary-based lawyer who holds the role of Counsel at Shift Law. She has focused on intellectual property litigation since 2017, handling trademark, copyright, and patent infringement disputes. Her work also includes providing clearance and freedom-to-operate opinions for clients. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of British Columbia before completing her law degree at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law.
