About John
John Simpson is the founder and principal of Shift Law. He's a registered trademark agent and litigator who practices in trademarks, copyright, confidential information, and publicity rights, and regularly appears before the Federal Court of Canada, the Ontario Superior Court, and the Trademarks Opposition Board. He's certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in trademark and copyright law and obtained his LL.B. from Western University's Faculty of Law in 2003.
