About Shamsha

Shamsha Damji advises individuals and families on estate planning, and guides executors, trustees and beneficiaries through estate and trust administration and litigation matters, including adult guardianship and trusteeship applications. Raised in Calgary, she earned her Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in 2002 and her Bachelor of Laws in 2008, both from the University of Alberta. Shamsha began her career at a national law firm practicing estate planning, administration and litigation, then joined a national trust company providing estate planning guidance to internal and external clients. She is a member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners, the Calgary Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
