About Jiya

Jiya practices in commercial litigation, estate litigation, and family law, drawing on a finance background to help clients assess risk and the long-term financial impact of legal decisions. Her commercial litigation work includes breach of contract claims and construction lien and contract disputes, her estate litigation practice covers will contests, will variation claims, and executor disputes, and her family law work spans divorce, custody, support, and property division. She is a member of the Surrey Bar Association.
