About Shahdin
Shahdin Farsai joined Sabey Rule LLP in March 2021, focusing on estate litigation, dispute resolution, estate planning and administration. Before joining the firm she articled and practiced primarily in commercial and civil litigation at a national firm and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia. She served as a judicial law clerk to six judges at the BC Supreme Court from 2015 to 2016. She earned a Master's degree in Public Policy from Simon Fraser University and her law degree from the University of Ottawa with cum laude honours. She authored the chapter on Passing of Accounts and Trustee Remuneration Disputes in the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC's publication Estates Disputes in British Columbia: A Litigator's Guide.
