About Kate

Kate joined the firm as a summer student in 2009 and now practises primarily in estate and incapacity planning, preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney and representation agreements, alongside estate administration, real estate and business law. She works with a network of professional advisors to build estate plans tailored to each client's family and business circumstances. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from UBC Okanagan in 2005 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 2009, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2010. She belongs to the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association and the Kelowna Bar Association. She serves on the board of the MS Society of Canada's Okanagan Chapter as secretary and volunteers for the MS Walk and other community fundraisers.
