About Julia

Julia practises in estate and trust planning, estate administration, and estate litigation, assisting clients with blended family issues, high net worth estates, protection of family wealth and minimizing probate fees, as well as bringing and defending disputes over wills, powers of attorney and claims under the Wills, Estates and Succession Act. She earned a Bachelor of Management (Honours) with a minor in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in 2014 and a Juris Doctor with a Specialization in Business Law from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019 and has since earned the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation through the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She serves on the BC Cancer Foundation's Interior Transformation Council and as a director of the Kelowna Riding Club and STEP's Okanagan Branch.
