About Paul
Paul practises in Business Law, Real Estate Development, and Estate Planning and Administration, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and working closely with lenders to structure security for business clients. His real estate development work helps clients navigate municipal requirements and statutory compliance, including disclosure statements, strata bylaws, easements and covenants, and his estate planning practice covers incapacity planning and guiding executors through probate and estate administration. He completed a Bilingual Commerce Degree (French and English) at the University of Alberta in 2007 and a Juris Doctor there in 2013, and clerked with six judges at the British Columbia Supreme Court before working at an international law firm in Vancouver. He is fluent in French and Spanish, having spent a semester in Lille, France, interned at the Canadian Consulate in Guadalajara, Mexico, and lived and volunteered in Saikeri, Kenya.
