About Jana
Jana Keeley practices estate litigation, including varying wills, contesting the validity of wills, challenging inter vivos property transfers, removing executors, claims against attorneys for misappropriation of funds, and passing of executor and trustee accounts. She also practices estate planning and administration, drafting wills and trusts with a focus on mitigating tax consequences and advising executors through probate and administration, and elder law, including incapacity planning and committeeship appointments. Before joining Sabey Rule LLP in November 2021, Jana worked primarily as a commercial litigator, bringing experience in corporate and business law, construction law, and tax to her estates practice. She is an accredited and experienced civil and family law mediator.
