About Parveen

Parveen Shergill practices estate litigation, dispute resolution, and estate planning and administration at Sabey Rule LLP. She was called to the bar in 2015 and holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in finance, both from the University of British Columbia. She served as a judicial law clerk to the judges of the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench in 2014. Before joining Sabey Rule, she articled and practiced primarily in civil litigation at a full-service regional firm, then practiced insurance defence litigation at a national insurance defence firm. She also holds an appointment as an arbitrator for a First Nation governing body.
