About Seth
Seth Mandell is Counsel in the firm's Corporate and Commercial Law Group, where his practice centres on acquisitions, divestitures and strategic commercial deals such as master service agreements and outsourcing arrangements. He serves as corporate counsel to public and private companies in sectors including private equity, steel fabrication and data management, and has significant experience with complex cross-border and multi-national transactions. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1997 after obtaining his LLB from the University of Toronto in 1995, and also holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario. Outside of practice, he chairs the Nomination and Governance Committee of the Renascent Foundation and has served on the Board of the Jewish Camp Council of Toronto.
