About Eleanor
Eleanor Somerleigh is a Senior Lawyer who is licensed both as a US Attorney in Colorado and as a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario. She has more than 35 years of experience advising corporate and individual clients on cross-border immigration issues between Canada and the United States, helping professionals, executives, managers, and skilled workers move across the border. Her client base ranges from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and individuals, and she tailors her approach to each client's specific goals. Eleanor belongs to the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, and Who's Who Legal has recognized her as a leading corporate immigration practitioner. She earned her BA from the University of Windsor in 1977 and her JD from Queen's University in 1980, and she speaks English along with working French.
