About Emma

Emma Chapman is an associate in the Employment and Labour, Entertainment Law, Commercial and Business Litigation, and Insurance practice groups at her firm. She maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation and has represented clients before both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She earned her law degree from the University of British Columbia, where she won several academic awards including a class prize in contract law, served as a senior editor of the UBC Law Review, and was Ombudsperson for the UBC Law Students' Society. She joined the firm in 2021 as a first-year litigation fellowship student, and after articling there she clerked for six justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She holds a B.A. with Distinction from Simon Fraser University and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2024.
