About Elisabeth

Elisabeth Symons serves as Counsel to Deeth Williams Wall and co-chairs the firm's Technology Law Practice. Her work centers on information technology law, helping public and private sector clients navigate technology agreements, procurement, distressed technology projects, and internet-related issues. She earned her B.Sc. in a double major of computer science and English from the University of Toronto, then completed her LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School. Elisabeth has held leadership roles in several legal organizations, including as former chair of the CBA Ontario's Information Technology and Intellectual Property section and past chair of the Toronto Computer Lawyers' Group. She remains active in the Canadian Technology Law Association and the International Technology Law Association.
