About Seth

Seth Lozinski is a criminal defence lawyer at Simmonds and Associates whose practice draws on experience at Legal Aid Manitoba, where they represented clients at various stages of criminal proceedings. Seth holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, completed in 2024 with a concentration in French, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg. During law school, Seth clerked with the Manitoba Provincial Court, competed in the Concours Michel-Bastarache constitutional law moot, and led the PBSC Trans ID Clinic as Project Lead. Seth received several academic awards, including the Faculty of Law's Outstanding Student Award and the Yude M. Henteleff Award in Human Rights and Civil Liberties. Seth is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Manitoba Bar Association, Law Society of Manitoba, and the Criminal Defence Lawyers Association of Manitoba.
