About Aadil
Aadil Nathani represents both expropriating authorities and expropriated landowners in matters across Ontario. After earning his J.D. from the University of Windsor, he took a position with the City of Windsor, handling litigation and prosecution work, then moved into a federal government role advising on housing before joining the firm. During law school he received the Social Justice Fellowship, working with the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka and the Right to Information Commission of Sri Lanka, and was also awarded the Max N. Mousseau Q.C. Memorial Award in Municipal Law and the Dorothy Waddicor Memorial Scholarship in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He was called to the bar in 2021. Outside the office, Nathani co-founded Green Ummah, an organization building an environmental movement within the Canadian-Muslim community, and sits on the board of the Muslim Advisory Council of Canada.
