About Sereena
Sereena Dosanjh is an associate in the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group of Osler's Calgary office. Her practice focuses on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, advising high-growth companies, investors, and founders across all stages of the business lifecycle. Before joining Osler, Dosanjh gained experience in the technology start-up and health care sectors, as well as with non-profit organizations. While in law school, Dosanjh worked as a research assistant to Dr. Faith Majekolagbe and held the presidency of the Law and Business Association. Dosanjh holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology, both from the University of Alberta.
