About Beryl

Beryl McNeill is a Calgary family lawyer and registered family mediator who focuses her practice on divorce, separation, and related family law matters. She began her career in Vancouver's Lower Mainland, working in insurance and small claims matters before serving as legal counsel for the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program of British Columbia. She later practiced personal injury and family law as an associate with MacEachern Gambrel before opening her own Alberta practice in 1996. In 2007, she became a partner in Moe Hannah McNeill LLP, and in 2012 she established McNeill Family Law to focus on collaborative, amicable divorce resolution. Beryl is a Registered Collaborative Law practitioner and is active with the Family Bar and the Collaborative Law Community, including service as a Dispute Resolution Officer with the Alberta Court of King's Bench and past leadership roles with the Canadian Bar Association's family and ADR sections.
