About Sarah
Sarah Millar is a partner at Lenczner Slaght whose practice centers entirely on discovery work. She also heads the firm's interdisciplinary group of discovery specialists and has close to ten years of experience identifying, collecting and producing client data in litigation. She advises on document preservation, the sound collection of evidence, discovery obligations, electronic evidence and privilege issues, and has managed large discovery projects in complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial cases. She relies on current technology to reduce cost and burden for clients and counsels them on document retention practices that support litigation readiness. Before joining Lenczner Slaght, Sarah was a partner at another national firm where she led its discovery management group. She holds a JD from the University of Toronto (2002) and a BA in political studies from Queen's University (1999), and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003.
