About Aaron
Aaron I. Grossman is a partner at Lenczner Slaght focused on disputes in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. Before becoming a lawyer, he studied and worked as a structural engineer specializing in building design and construction, and that background lets him grasp the technical side of a case quickly alongside the legal issues. He advises clients on claims that arise during a project under various contract structures and has resolved many construction and engineering disputes through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, often building custom dispute resolution processes suited to a client's needs. Aaron holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and an undergraduate degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Western Ontario, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2013.
