About Adam

Adam Davis is an associate at Lenczner Slaght whose developing practice spans commercial litigation, professional liability, tort and contract disputes, public law, and appeals. He acts for both public and private sector clients, including insurers, physicians, corporations, public authorities, and individuals. Adam is a frequent advocate before the Superior Court of Justice on motions and applications, has taken cases to trial in Small Claims Court, and has worked on files before the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Federal Court. After summering and articling at the firm, he clerked for Justice Judith M. Woods at the Federal Court of Appeal. Before law school, Adam spent several years as a director at a summer camp overseeing its operations, and he remains involved in the camping community. He earned his J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2022 and a B.A. from Queen's University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
