About Sarah
Sarah E. Allan practises family law, with experience in both Provincial and Supreme Court, in mediation as counsel and as a mediator, and in negotiating and drafting cohabitation and separation agreements. She earned a Bachelor's degree with distinction at Concordia University in Montreal, majoring in Anthropology and Human Relations, then completed her law degree at UBC in 2011 with a specialization in Social Justice and the Law, including a term with the Indigenous Community Legal Clinic. She was called to the bar in September 2012 and joined Warsh Law in 2018. In 2021 she became accredited as a Family Law Mediator, and she also represents youth in high-conflict family law matters through the Society for Children and Youth. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch), and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
