About Trish
Trish Goulet practises corporate and commercial law, commercial real estate, and the regulation of health professions, combining legal knowledge with an understanding of public policy in government and non-governmental institutions. She earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Laws at the University of Manitoba, then completed a PhD in Public Policy at the University of Regina. She has been called to the Bars of British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, and has presented nationally and internationally on public policy, healthcare regulation, regulatory colleges, and statutory interpretation. She returned to Warsh Law in Nanaimo after an earlier tenure there and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
