Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionNicholas Worsley grew up in Campbell River and returned to practise law in the community that shaped him. He earned a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, with specialization certificates in Aboriginal and Indigenous law and criminal justice, and a bachelor's degree in criminology from North Island College and Vancouver Island University. Before joining CR Lawyers, he worked with the Nova Scotia Department of Justice in solicitor services, civil litigation, and child protection, as well as with the Public Prosecution Service and Nova Scotia Legal Aid's Youth Criminal Defence Team. His practice covers business, corporate and commercial law, real estate, Aboriginal law, and civil litigation, and he resolves disputes through negotiation and collaboration where possible while advocating in court when necessary.
