About Anna
Anna Kosa is a litigator specializing in civil litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Originally from the Cowichan Valley, she spent over five years at a national firm in Calgary before joining Heath Law LLP in March 2025. Her commercial litigation experience spans fraud, landlord and tenant disputes, corporate insolvency, personal injury, insurance defence, contract disputes, construction law, debt collection, foreclosures, and product liability, and she has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal, among other courts and tribunals. She graduated from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Colgate University. She previously worked at the United Nations Development Programme in Kathmandu, Nepal, and at the Cambodian Children's Trust. She is proficient in Italian in addition to English.
