About Sarah

Sarah Blackburn is Of Counsel at Caravel Law and has supported C-suite executives at companies of various sizes. She has negotiated large subscription-based service contracts with parties including Fortune 500 corporations, government bodies, and multinational entities, and has drafted and reviewed employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, procurement and service contracts, and RFP submissions and responses, along with a range of other corporate and commercial contracts. Sarah has also negotiated international commercial lease agreements, worked on employment and civil litigation matters, and assessed the legal implications of policy and regulatory changes.
