About Diane
Diane Klukach has practised family law for more than 38 years. She spent the early part of her career at Cassels Brock, where she led the firm's family law group, before founding Klukach Family Law in 2013. Diane was called to the bar in 1987 and holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto. She holds a Martindale-Hubbell BV Distinguished rating and belongs to the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
