About Sara

Sara Nagalingam is a partner in the personal injury group at Rochon Genova. Before joining the firm she articled and practiced at a boutique personal injury firm in Toronto. She holds a common law degree from the University of Windsor and a civil law degree from the University of Ottawa, having spent a term on academic exchange at l'Universite du Quebec a Montreal. While in law school she competed in several moot competitions, including the Zuber Moot and the Bora Laskin Bilingual Moot. A recipient of the University of Windsor's Law Social Justice Fellowship, she worked with Equitas, a human rights education organization in Montreal, and later advocated for clients before Ontario's Social Benefits Tribunal and the Landlord and Tenant Board. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2014 and practices in both English and French.
