Yeung's practice touches every stage of commercial property deals, from acquisitions and dispositions to financing and the leasing of office, industrial and retail space. Yeung regularly represents landlords on title matters across their real estate holdings, including transfers, easements and operating agreements, along with other filings tied to development projects. Yeung also counsels on the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions, reorganizations and securities offerings. Yeung earned a law degree and an arts degree with great distinction, both from the University of Toronto.
