Randy Marusyk is the Managing Partner and a founding member of the firm, certified as a specialist in Canadian patent, trademark and copyright law by the Law Society of Upper Canada. He drafts and prosecutes patent applications, designs IP litigation strategy before the Federal Court and provincial Superior Courts, coordinates the firm's IP audit team, and teaches Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals and Intellectual Property as an adjunct professor at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law.
