About Chris

Chris Paliare is a founding partner of Paliare Roland who has acted in high-stakes litigation in Canada for nearly 50 years, spanning appeals, corporate and commercial litigation, class actions, estate litigation, constitutional litigation, employment law, administrative law, and white collar crime. He was inducted as a member of the Order of Ontario in 2011 and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the International Society of Barristers. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.M. from the University of Texas at Austin, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1973.
