About Sandra
Sandra Kimberg is a senior associate at Schofield Macchia and Associates with a strong background in legal research and oral advocacy. She earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Oxford with First Class Honours and holds an MA from the same university. Called to the bar in 2018 after articling at another criminal firm, her practice today centers on criminal trial work, including Charter litigation and drug and firearm offences, with additional experience in extradition, judicial review, and criminal appeals. Sandra has appeared at every level of court up to the Federal Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has secured withdrawals or stays in a number of reported decisions. She is fluent in Russian and French.
