About Sandra

A partner in the firm's Toronto office, Sandra Barton is a civil and commercial litigation lawyer with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, class action defence, professional liability defence and trademark and copyright disputes. She is a registered trademark agent and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. She has served as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and is a lead instructor in its Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop for lawyers across Canada.
