About Corey
Corey Bergstein advises businesses and individuals in business law, intellectual property law, and litigation, and has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts, the Federal Court, and quasi-judicial tribunals including the Trade-marks Opposition Board and the Patent Appeals Board. He earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Physics from the University of Waterloo in 1993 and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2000, and is a registered Patent Agent and Trade-mark Agent.
