About Samuel
Samuel Stochinsky is Of Counsel at Caravel Law, with clients ranging from major Canadian telecommunications companies to small businesses in their early stages. Much of his background comes from in-house counsel roles, where he worked closely with business teams to understand their operations, growth plans, risks, and customer needs. That experience carries into his legal work, which includes drafting and negotiating telecommunications contracts, leading legal teams for real estate and marketing, handling high-stakes commercial negotiations, and advising on matters from procurement agreements to brand management. Samuel has supported startups on early shareholder agreements and telecoms on major contract negotiations, and works across legal and business departments to align legal advice with how his clients' businesses operate.
