About Mark

Mark Longo co-chairs Osler's Emerging and High Growth Companies Group and previously served as Managing Partner of the firm's Vancouver office. With over 25 years in corporate finance, M&A and technology law, he has held general counsel, corporate secretary and executive roles at several private and public technology companies. Before Osler, Mark worked at a boutique technology-focused firm and, earlier still, in the technology and corporate finance groups of another Vancouver firm. Chambers Canada ranks him at the top tier for startups and emerging companies work, and he is also recognized by The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and IFLR1000 for his corporate, technology and capital markets practice.
