About Samuel
Samuel Cantin is an associate in the Corporate group at Osler's Montréal office. His work concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and broader commercial matters for clients spanning multiple industries and sizes. He counsels private equity funds, high growth companies, listed issuers and multinational businesses, including those active in mining, technology, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. Samuel also supports private equity and venture capital funds with their investments and helps emerging companies navigate financing, reorganizations and governance issues. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Sherbrooke.
