About Josianne

Josianne Beaudry is a partner and head of the Business Law group at Lavery. She practises primarily in securities, investment funds, and mining law, and advises financial-sector participants on securities regulation and governance. Beaudry was called to the Quebec bar in 2000, and in 2025 was recognized in Lexpert Special Edition: Mining as a leading practitioner advising Canada's mining industry.
