About Noémie

Noémie Lafontaine assists employers with a range of employment law and labour relations matters, advising on employment standards, employee file management, and the drafting of employment contracts and policies. Lafontaine also represents client interests before administrative tribunals and in conciliation and negotiation sessions. Lafontaine was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2020, holds an LL.B. from the Université de Sherbrooke (2019), and completed a graduate diploma (D.E.S.S.) in life sciences and law the same year.
