About Samuel

Samuel Bodner maintains a broad commercial litigation practice covering contract disputes, debt recovery, shareholder and partnership conflicts, and employment and commercial tenancy matters, with a significant focus on construction law advising contractors, subcontractors, owners, and developers. He also has a strong focus on medical defence and health law, assisting regulated health professionals with complaints, investigations, and disciplinary proceedings. Samuel was called to the Alberta Bar in 2025 after earning his J.D. from Dalhousie University and a B.A. with distinction from the University of Alberta. He regularly appears before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench.
