About Annemarie

Annemarie Clarke is a litigator focused on environmental law, employment law, Indigenous law and commercial litigation. She has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada, advising commercial parties, lenders, government departments and Indigenous clients on regulatory and civil environmental matters, contaminated sites and brownfield redevelopment. Her employment practice covers dismissals, human rights claims and employment contracts for both private and public clients. Annemarie earned her LLB from the University of Alberta in 2010 and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2011. She serves on Witten's Management Committee, chairs the firm's Articling Committee, and has held leadership roles with the CBA's Environmental, Energy & Resources section.
