About Samantha
Samantha Soramaki, a lifelong resident of Thunder Bay, earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with First Class Standing from Lakehead University before studying law at the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law. She joined White Macgillivray Lester as a summer student in her first year of law school and stayed with the firm through her studies and Practice Placement. She has volunteered at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, where she received the President's Award of Excellence, an experience that shaped her perspective on personal injury and insurance law. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 and is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Thunder Bay Law Association.
