About Samantha
Samantha Lampert is a partner at Davies Howe LLP focusing on land development and expropriation. Called to the Ontario bar in June 2015, she handles a broad range of planning matters including official plan amendments, zoning changes, subdivisions, site plans, consents and minor variances. Her work often involves large-scale development projects and infrastructure funding. On the expropriation side, she advises and advocates for clients through every stage of the process. She regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Toronto Local Appeal Body, and various municipal councils and committees of adjustment. She holds a Juris Doctor from Queen's University (2014) and an honours BA in history from Western University (2011).
