About Sam

Sam Zucchi is a litigation associate at Shibley Righton with a broad civil litigation practice and a particular focus on construction disputes. He articled with the firm from 2018 to 2019 and has since represented clients before the Superior Court of Ontario, the License Appeal Tribunal, and the Landlord and Tenant Board. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018, where he chaired the Article Review Committee of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, and volunteered with the Community Legal Aid Service Program and the Canadian Civil Liberties Association. Sam holds a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of King's College and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
