About Evan
Evan Holt is a partner at Shibley Righton LLP who works primarily with the firm's Condominium Law Group. Born and raised in Toronto, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo in 2013 and went on to earn his law degree from Lakehead University in 2017, the same year he was called to the Ontario bar. Before joining Shibley Righton, he practiced at a boutique condominium and land development firm in the Waterloo region. His condominium work focuses on helping clients reach practical solutions in disputes and negotiations over shared facilities agreements and construction-related arrangements with neighbouring landowners. He also assists clients with real estate transactions and various land development matters, and now lives in the Durham Region.
