About Nikolay

Nikolay Chsherbinin is the founder of Chsherbinin Litigation, focusing on wrongful dismissal, human rights, and civil and immigration litigation in Ontario. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2009, holds an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.B. from the University of Windsor, and is the author of a legal textbook on inducement in Canadian employment law.
