A partner in the firm's Waterloo Region and Toronto offices, Sahil Shoor is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer focusing on commercial disputes and major construction and infrastructure projects domestically and internationally. Called to the bar in Ontario and British Columbia, he focuses on commercial construction, real estate development, infrastructure/civil works and power/energy sectors. He has appeared before courts, arbitration panels and administrative tribunals and has a proven record in managing large trials on technical disputes, mediations, adjudications and alternative dispute resolution.
