About Howard

Howard is a founding partner of McCague Borlack LLP and has been lead counsel on many of its significant cases. He handles complex civil litigation, including major restructurings and subrogation claims involving shareholder fraud, environmental contamination, and construction defects. He's appeared before all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and acts for major Canadian insurers and reinsurers.
