Real Estate LawFiona Burnett is an associate working in civil litigation and condominium law out of the Guelph office. Her general litigation practice covers contractual, commercial, and real estate disputes, while her condo work involves representing corporations at mediation, arbitration, and before the Superior Court and the Condominium Authority Tribunal. She has handled disputes touching on construction deficiencies, oppression applications, human rights complaints, and shared facilities, among other issues. Fiona is active with the Canadian Condominium Institute's Grand River and Golden Horseshoe chapters and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario. She studied history and criminology as an undergraduate at Western University before staying on for her law degree there, and she was called to the bar in 2022. Fiona joined the firm as a summer student in 2020 and continues to work in her hometown of Guelph.
